Key Responsibilities

The successful Operations Officer will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the organization's operational efficiency, workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Improving processes, implementing solutions and assisting in data management and analysis.
  • Working with delivery and core teams to support organization-wide mapping of major events, activities and key priorities.
  • Helping create processes to facilitate efficient interaction and simplify existing processes and ways of working where possible.
  • Documenting and maintaining guides for standard operations procedures.
  • Supporting the implementation of corporate policies with finance and legal stakeholders. Ensure training for staff is rolled out as required.
  • Coordinating and aligning KPIs across all teams at the Foundation. Providing support to teams with annual and strategic planning as needed.
About You

To be our Operations Officer, you will likely have:

  • Experience in business operations.
  • Drive to innovate and use data to create efficiencies and better outcomes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to manage concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
