Corporate Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate Office Assistant to join our team in London. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotels
* Manage calendars, meetings, and events
* Handle courier and post, scanning and filing documents, processing invoices
* Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
Requirements
* 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave
