Corporate Office Coordinator

Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is a reputable London-based Chartered Surveying Firm seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain office equipment, including coffee machines, IT, printers, and kitchen appliances.
- Filter general inquiries, phone calls, and invitations, exercising discretion as necessary.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for office supplies and services, including cleaning, pest control, and maintenance.
- Oversee the budget for contracts, ensuring alignment with projected expenditures.
- Procure new office materials as needed.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, monitoring regulations, updates, and training on first aid, fire safety, and DSE requirements.
- Organize company events, such as the Summer and Christmas parties.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the teams within the business.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Prior experience in managing corporate office settings is essential.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and office maintenance is desirable.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This role requires a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a corporate office setting and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
