Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is a reputable London-based Chartered Surveying Firm seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring seamless operations.
  2. Maintain office equipment, including coffee machines, IT, printers, and kitchen appliances.
  3. Filter general inquiries, phone calls, and invitations, exercising discretion as necessary.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts for office supplies and services, including cleaning, pest control, and maintenance.
  5. Oversee the budget for contracts, ensuring alignment with projected expenditures.
  6. Procure new office materials as needed.
  7. Ensure Health & Safety compliance, monitoring regulations, updates, and training on first aid, fire safety, and DSE requirements.
  8. Organize company events, such as the Summer and Christmas parties.
  9. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the teams within the business.
  10. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  11. Prior experience in managing corporate office settings is essential.
  12. Familiarity with procurement processes and office maintenance is desirable.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role requires a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a corporate office setting and be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
