About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Office Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, providing administrative support and front-of-house services to our customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Front of House Services: Greet visitors, handle mail and packages, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering stationery, kitchen stock, and business lunches, as well as raising purchase orders and tracking expenses.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety regulations and capable of effective Manual Handling Operations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word packages
