Job Title: Office Administrator

Zoho Corporation B.V. in Europe is seeking a highly organized and welcoming Office Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front-of-house experience for all visitors, colleagues, customers, partners, and guests. This includes coordinating with regional HR to support general office administration duties, managing facility services, and providing ad-hoc support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new employees and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate with regional HR to support general office administration duties.
  • Manage facility services, procurement of goods, and organization of lunch, mail, and couriers.
  • Provide support to all departments and employees as needed.
  • Make new employees feel welcome and contribute to their onboarding.
  • Organize periodic team events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • A multi-tasker with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A flexible mindset that enjoys work that can change from day-to-day.
  • An intrinsic motivation to learn and grow with the company.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good communication (oral and written) skills in English and German.
  • You enjoy helping people.
  • As this is an in-office role, the ability to commute every day is essential.
