We are in search of a Part-Time Office Coordinator to assist our Global Services leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a positive demeanor. If you excel in organizational and communication skills and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee intricate schedules, calendars, logistics, and support materials for daily operations and business gatherings
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries for various engagements
- Manage meeting preparations, catering requests, and address incoming inquiries
- Assist with expense documentation, event coordination, and vendor relations
- Provide supplementary support to the Executive Assistant as necessary
- Adhere to F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly report any discrepancies
