We are in search of a Part-Time Office Coordinator to assist our Global Services leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a positive demeanor. If you excel in organizational and communication skills and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee intricate schedules, calendars, logistics, and support materials for daily operations and business gatherings
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries for various engagements
  • Manage meeting preparations, catering requests, and address incoming inquiries
  • Assist with expense documentation, event coordination, and vendor relations
  • Provide supplementary support to the Executive Assistant as necessary
  • Adhere to F5's Business Code of Ethics and promptly report any discrepancies
