Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Risk Management Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and reporting on audits as outlined in the annual audit plan, collaborating with business units to identify solutions, and providing risk assurance for business changes and projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit Execution: Conduct thorough audits, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for change.
  • Solution Identification: Collaborate with business units to develop and implement effective solutions to identified risks and issues.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform regular risk assessments, ensuring that all relevant risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Project Assurance: Provide independent assurance that business changes and projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Ethics and Compliance: Investigate and report on any instances of unethical behavior or non-compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Risk Management: Support the C-SOX financial risk assessment process, ensuring that all financial risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Innovation: Contribute to the development of the function's digital strategy, leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in internal audit, risk management, and project assurance.
  • Qualifications: Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors or a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Skills: Expertise in risk identification, data analytics, and project management.
