Job Title: Programme Management Director

Job Summary:

As a Programme Management Director at GE Aviation, you will lead the development of complex platforms and projects, driving technical roadmaps and ensuring quality and risk management. You will coach and mentor a diverse team, manage product releases, and develop strategic programme planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a world-class development team to deliver complex platforms and projects
* Coach and mentor a diverse product development team through lean/agile development transformation
* Manage the overall product release plan, including projects/epics and acceptance criteria
* Provide expertise on technical risk management and quality for the product and its application
* Develop and manage product roadmaps, working with product management and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

* Masters or Engineer degree in Electronic, Electrotechnics
* Extensive experience in project/program development of embedded systems
* Demonstrated expertise in product development using Agile methodologies
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
