About the Role:
We're looking for a Strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business objectives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Provide guidance and support to resolve procurement issues and ensure smooth operations
* Make informed decisions independently to manage procurement projects, mitigate risks, and handle escalations
* Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements
* Provide timely and accurate reports on procurement activities and project progress

Requirements:
* Proven experience in procurement operations, compliance, and systems management
* Practical knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Experience in conducting audits and reviews of procurement data
* Familiarity with procurement metrics and key performance indicators
* Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in procurement systems and processes
* Project management experience

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
