Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate transactional HR services within Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Deliver efficient and effective HR support to customers through various channels, including HR Information Systems, telephone, email, and walk-ins.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be an excellent team player.
You will be responsible for maintaining workload and case trackers to enable reporting on service performance and identification of improvements.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of current employment regulations, applicable laws, and company policies.
