Employee Relations Specialist

Overview

eTeam is a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for providing expert HR support to the business, managing employee complaints and grievances, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing expert HR support to the business, managing employee complaints and grievances, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. This includes:

  • Managing employee complaints and grievances
  • Providing HR advice to the business on employee relations matters
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the recruitment process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
