As an HR Manager Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality HR services to the business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, with a proven track record in managing complex cases and advising senior stakeholders. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Provide expert advice and support to the business on employee relations matters.
  • Align eTeam process, policies, and practices with industry best practice, legal requirements, etc., to deliver improvements and build momentum for change.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong Employee Relations experience with a proven track record in a previous HR role.
  • Chartered member of the CIPD or a relevant degree/NVQ level 7 equivalent in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience of working within a Unionised environment.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial approach and understanding of business needs.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
