Job Title: Television Licence Field Officer

The role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the community while developing skills and confidence. Estimated salary £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This position involves visiting customers in Tunbridge Wells who do not have a TV licence. The goal is to educate them on the legislation behind the licence and assist in obtaining one, while also helping find a suitable payment plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to properties without a registered TV licence.
  • Explain the legislation behind the TV licence and provide information on how to obtain one.
  • Help customers find a suitable payment plan that works for them.
