Field and Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled TV Licence Field Officer to join our team in the Tunbridge Wells area. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for visiting customers without a TV licence and assisting them in understanding and complying with the legislation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and confidence while keeping active and supported by a network of colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a company car or £3,700 annual car allowance, paid monthly. You will also receive mileage allowance and 23 days' holiday (rising to 28) with the option to buy extra leave.
As a Field Officer, you will conduct door-to-door visits to properties where no TV licence is registered and ensure that customers understand their obligations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a full UK driving licence.
