Join our dynamic sales team at Charity Link as a Community Development Officer and play a key role in helping us make a positive impact in the lives of others. As a face-to-face fundraiser, you will be responsible for speaking with members of the public about and signing them up for a regular donation or sponsorship to nationwide charities.

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 per annum, including regular incentives and a discretionary bonus. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a comprehensive healthcare plan worth up to £900 per year, a death in service plan providing a benefit twice your annual salary, and access to award-winning training and ongoing support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work independently. As a member of our sales team, you will be working on behalf of some of the nation's best-known and respected charities, so it is essential that you have a passion for fundraising and a commitment to excellence.
