We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Manager to join our Children & Families team in Helensburgh.
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to children and families.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of social workers and other professionals
- Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of children and families
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure quality and effectiveness
**Requirements**
- BA(Hons) in Social Work or equivalent
- Registered with the SSSC
- Commitment to social work values
- Effective interpersonal communication, IT, assessment, and writing skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
