We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Manager to join our Children & Families team in Helensburgh.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to children and families.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of social workers and other professionals
  • Develop and implement service plans to meet the needs of children and families
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
