About the RoleAs a Certified Pre-Owned Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance. You will develop and implement commercial policies to drive sales and revenue growth, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance used car performance and boost market share across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Hyundai CPO Sales and Market Share Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop Retailer CPO Commercial Policy: Create and implement commercial policies to drive sales and revenue growth, while ensuring alignment with Hyundai's overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance used car performance and boost market share across our retail network.
- Ensure Capacity and Capability within the Hyundai Network: Ensure that there is sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plans.
- Measure and Improve Retailer Used Car Performance: Work with the HMUK Network Development team to measure retailer used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Monthly KPI Reporting: Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
