Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Cars Programme Manager to lead our Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance efforts in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive sales and market share growth, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Hyundai CPO Sales and Market Share Performance: Develop and execute a strategy to drive sales and market share growth, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Retailer CPO Commercial Policy: Create and implement a commercial policy that aligns with Hyundai's overall business objectives and drives sales and market share growth.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.
  • Work Cross-Industry: Engage with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to open new CPO supply channels and drive sales and market share growth.
  • Ensure Capacity and Capability: Work with the Hyundai network to ensure sufficient capacity and capability to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plans.
  • Work with HCUK: Collaborate with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
  • Work with UVL Partner: Partner with the UVL partner to ensure best-in-class customer and retailer experience.
  • Measure Retailer Performance: Work with the HMUK Network Development team to measure retailer used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop ZEV Strategy: Develop a specific ZEV strategy for CPO to ensure sales and revenue are maximised on ZEV products.
  • Provide Monthly KPI Reporting: Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Specifications
  • Minimum Five Years' Experience: Minimum five years' experience of working in a UK OEM sales and marketing environment.
  • Strong Understanding of Used Car Acquisition: Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy.
  • Demonstrable Go-to-Market Strategy Deployment: Demonstrable go-to-market strategy deployment experience.
  • Highly Numerate and Comfortable with Data: Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence.
  • Capable and Confident at C-Suite Engagement: Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, Challenging, and Competitive Individual: Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
  • Ability to Manage and Adapt Business Processes: Ability to manage, adapt, and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
  • Able to Travel the UK: Able to travel the UK to visit retailers and national events.
  • Personable and Able to Build Relationships: Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
