Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Cars Programme Manager to join our team at Hyundai. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance, developing Retailer CPO commercial policy, and working cross-functionally to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Hyundai CPO Sales and Market Share Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive CPO sales and market share growth.
  • Develop Retailer CPO Commercial Policy: Create and maintain a commercial policy that delivers against all major Brand KPIs.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.
  • Work Cross-Industry: Engage with key stakeholders to open CPO supply channels to our Retailer network.
  • Ensure Capacity and Capability: Ensure sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plan.
  • Work with HCUK: Collaborate with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
  • Work with UVL Partner: Work with the UVL partner to ensure best-in-class customer and Retailer experience.
  • Measure Retailer Performance: Work with the HMUK Network Development team to measure Retailers' used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Network Operations: Work with training teams to ensure the network used car operations are supported adequately with training and development tools.
  • Develop ZEV Strategy: Develop a specific ZEV strategy for CPO to ensure sales and RV are maximised on ZEV products.
  • Drive CPO Leads: Work with the marketing team to ensure sufficient CPO media and marketing initiatives to drive CPO leads into the Retailers' LMS.
  • Provide Monthly KPI Reporting: Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Specifications
  • Minimum Five Years' Experience: Minimum five years' experience of working in a UK OEM Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Strong Understanding of Used Car Acquisition: Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy.
  • Demonstrable Go-to-Market Strategy Deployment: Demonstrable go-to-market strategy deployment.
  • Highly Numerate and Comfortable with Data: Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence.
  • Capable and Confident at C-Suite Engagement: Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
  • Strong, Challenging, and Competitive Individual: Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
  • Ability to Manage and Adapt Business Processes: Ability to manage, adapt, and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
  • Able to Travel the UK: Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events.
  • Personable and Able to Build Relationships: Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
