Job Title: Aerospace Programme Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Programme Manager to join our team in the Space, Defence and Intelligence business unit. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex programmes, including service and project elements, with one of our long-standing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage new business solution design, scheduling, estimation, and proposal writing
* Lead on CSR activities that involve the client or their local community
* Ensure provision of high-quality deliverables and deliver projects on time and on budget

Team and Member Management:

* Plan resource requirements and recruitment needs across multiple delivery streams, software support, and bids
* Successfully lead a member staff group, driving performance and engagement by setting challenging objectives and giving stretching developmental assignments
* Produce required weekly, monthly, and quarterly/annual reporting for CGI management and attend CGI weekly, monthly, and quarterly/annual management meetings as required

Required Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Space, Defence, and Intelligence led programmes of work
* Experience in managing outsourced services as well as software development and testing activities
* Demonstrable evidence of a significant client engagement into a prime contractor or MoD with a high-level understanding of contracts and associated Terms & Conditions
* Available to be on-call for Management Escalation 50% of the year
