Drive Success as a Certified Pre-Owned Programme Manager

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you have a proven track record of delivering sales and market share growth in a UK OEM sales and marketing environment? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Certified Pre-Owned Programme Manager for the Hyundai brand in the UK.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you shape and elevate the CPO programme, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to new heights. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance used car performance, boost market share, and strengthen customer loyalty across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance
  • Develop Retailer CPO commercial policy to drive sales and market share growth
  • Work cross-functionally with the UK and European teams to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plans
  • Collaborate with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme
  • Work with UVL partners to deliver best-in-class customer and Retailer experiences
  • Measure Retailer used car performance and identify areas for improvement with the HMUK Network Development team
  • Develop a specific ZEV strategy for CPO to maximise sales and revenue on ZEV products
  • Work with the marketing team to drive CPO leads into the Retailers' LMS
  • Provide monthly KPI reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Person Specification
  • Minimum five years' experience in a UK OEM sales and marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy
  • Demonstrable go-to-market strategy deployment
  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence
  • Confident at c-suite engagement and influencing
  • Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with a drive to achieve results
  • Ability to manage, adapt, and optimise business processes
  • Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events
  • Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships
