We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to join our team at NMS Recruit Ltd, working closely with two innovative start-ups in a Finance Brokerage and Raffle Company. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Tasks:
  • Manage customer relationships through efficient CRM system usage, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Create captivating content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to engage with our target audience.
  • Provide exceptional client support by responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, help plan campaigns, and contribute to the development of creative ideas to promote the company's services.
  • Carry out administrative tasks effectively, maintaining a well-organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a focus on English language proficiency and basic math abilities.
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of administration experience or a keen interest in developing these skills.
