Regional Business Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Business Consultant to join our sales team at Omega Resource Group. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the Midlands and North regions. Your primary focus will be on educating architects, venues, and organizations about the benefits of Changing Places rooms and the company's products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You should also have a solid understanding of the product range and installation requirements, as well as the ability to work closely with project managers and other teams to deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Midlands and North regions
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with project managers, technical directors, sales directors, field service teams, and third-party contractors to deliver successful projects
Quotation Phase:
- Build a deep understanding of the specifications required for Changing Places and other similar project installation requirements
- Engage with site or facilities managers and advise them on specific layout and equipment requirements
- Generate quotations from agreed pricing tables and labor estimates
Contract Responsibility:
- Negotiate customer contracts and manage contractor contracts
- Defend claims for variation and close contracts out formally as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales development and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong understanding of product range and installation requirements
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
