Business Development Manager

Collaborate Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency, and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business connections with prospect customers, promoting the services of our clients and gaining their commitment to utilise and benefit from the service offering.
- Conduct initial meetings with potential appointed representative firms to establish their suitability as a prospect customer.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with all broker firms to ensure they are up-to-date with the services on offer.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote and support specific marketing exercises and initiatives. This role requires a proactive, professional approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements:- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience of working in a business development / sales role, within Financial Services / FCA regulated environments.
- Previous experience of working to targets and KPI's is essential – your results will be measured against agreed objectives and targets.
- Practical knowledge / experience across Insurance, Protection, Financial services, or Mortgages – essential.
