Strategic Communications Advisor

Role Overview
L&Q is seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to provide strategic communications support to our Property Services directorate. This role is vital to the success of our business, involving communicating key messages to residents about our investment drive to improve the quality, safety, and environmental efficiency of their homes.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the link between Property Services and the Communications Department, coordinating internal, external, and resident-facing communications to generate positive publicity for L&Q.
- Plan and deliver engaging multi-channel communications in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation, utilising external, internal, and resident-facing channels and approaches.
- Develop collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels, leveraging interpersonal skills and proven track records to drive successful communications campaigns.
- Produce, edit, and proof written copy for diverse audiences, developing a range of engaging collateral from printed materials to digital content.
- Contribute to the development of the Communications Department's strategic plans and objectives, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Background/experience in similar communications roles combining strategic planning and tactical delivery.
- Broad-based communications skills and capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully using external, internal, and resident-facing channels and approaches.
- Experience of working in a similarly large/complex/fast-paced organisation.
- Enthusiasm about/interest in working in the housing sector and/or L&Q specifically.
- High-quality written English.
