Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, taking a friendly and empathetic approach to understand their legal needs. You'll manage these relationships from initial contact to client conversion, collaborating closely with the legal team to ensure exceptional support. This role provides valuable experience in client engagement, legal processes, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, web forms, web chat, referrals, and social media.
  2. Identify and assess each client's legal needs, qualifying leads to align with our services.
  3. Offer consultative guidance on our legal services, clearly explaining options and building rapport.
  4. Maintain regular communication with clients, fostering trust, transparency, and long-term loyalty.
  5. Track interactions in CRM systems to support consistent service.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
