We are looking for an experienced communications professional to join our team at L&Q, one of the UK's leading housing associations and developers. As a Communications Business Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our Property Services directorate and helping us achieve our social purpose of providing high-quality, safe, and sustainable homes for our residents.
As a trusted advisor to our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal and external communications strategies that showcase our work, promote our values, and engage with our communities. You will work closely with our 35-strong Communications Department to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of communications that generate positive publicity for L&Q.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced communications professional with a proven track record of planning and delivering engaging multi-channel communications in a large, complex, fast-paced organisation. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent copywriting abilities, and a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing communications strategies to support business objectives
- Creating engaging content for internal and external channels, including social media, email, and print
- Collaborating with senior management and the Communications Department to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, employees, and external partners
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of communications initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
