About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Account and Data Executive to join our team at HH Global. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients across various projects.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  4. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure effective delivery.
  5. Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with point of sale and print, along with experience in troubleshooting project issues and implementing preventative measures.
  • Numerate with a strong commercial understanding, able to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
