Strategic Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at insightsoftware and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key partners across various industries.
About the Role:This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-year plans to rapidly grow revenue through acquiring, nurturing, and developing new partners within the Financial Performance Management space.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop opportunities to acquire, nurture, and develop new partners within the Financial Performance Management space.
- Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of partnerships.
- Craft joint strategies with partners to amplify our joint business.
- Manage partner enablement for solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to-market programs.
- Foster and manage partner and channel relationships.
- Guide go-to-market programs with partners to drive pipeline and sales.
- Support the ASR sales team in executing their plans with partners on a global basis.
- Maintain regular communication cadence with stakeholders.
- A proven track record of success in alliances or business development, managing global, industry-leading partners.
- Experience across multiple partner routes to market, including Independent software vendors (ISVs) and resale.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a history of exceeding quotas and maximizing revenue.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, driven by a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results.
- An engaging presence, utilizing interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and get them excited about our solutions.
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced global organization across different business functions and stakeholders.
- Experience managing a partner business, including the application of personal knowledge, processes, and solutions selling strategies and methodologies to meet revenue growth objectives.
- A relationship-focused approach, with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partners and internal stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and make personal connections with technical-oriented individuals as well as C-level audiences.
- Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
