Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating diary management, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate diary management and scheduling of meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up
  • Support the planning and execution of events and workshops
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Perform reception duties
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Experience of management of multiple diaries and workshop/webinar planning
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Willingness to make own decisions on prioritising workload and taking responsibility for own tasks
