Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience in managing large portfolios of client accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ existing client accounts
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build successful relationships
- Deal with client enquiries and provide information on services provided
- Call potential new clients to introduce products offered
- Prepare client quotations and follow up to determine interest
- Process client orders through to delivery stage

Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing large portfolios of client accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
