Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Baggage & Courier Customer Service/Sales Account Handler. As a key member of our Red Recruit team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with customers and manage inquiries to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide quotes for the Baggage/Courier department for moves under 20 pieces, utilizing your knowledge of our services and pricing.
  • Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into bookings, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with couriers and operations to schedule jobs, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the removal process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle payments and required shipping documents, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with customer queries, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support warehouse duties, including package labeling and warehouse organization, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
