Our award-winning customer service team is seeking a new Customer Service Representative to enhance our service delivery.
This role serves as an excellent entry point into a fulfilling career with us, where comprehensive training will be provided from the outset, focusing on the intricacies of our pension schemes.
As you gain experience within the customer service team, various career advancement opportunities will become available, including roles in pensions administration, training, quality assurance, customer resolutions, and fraud investigation.
Our customer service team is integral to the operations of the Pension Protection Fund, delivering exceptional support to our members.
As the initial contact for member inquiries, you will encounter a diverse range of situations, assisting members through potentially complex and challenging circumstances.
Unlike typical call centers, our operations run Monday to Friday, with two distinct shift patterns. We promote a hybrid working environment, allowing a blend of remote and office work once you are proficient in your role, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
We are looking for candidates with recent experience in customer service or contact center roles, particularly those involving telephone communication. A minimum of GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (C grade) or above is required. Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
We welcome applications for part-time positions across five days a week, as well as full-time roles. Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday.
