About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Education Programmes Lead to join our team at Make UK. As an Education Programmes Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our apprenticeship curriculum and ensuring it meets the needs of employers and learners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of employers and learners.
  • Collaborating with technical managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
  • Managing and developing a team of tutors to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality training.
  • Monitoring and evaluating programme performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and recommending improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering context, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including free parking, meal service on site, flexible hours, health cover, matched pension contributions, and life assurance.
