About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skills Delivery Officer to join our team at the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). As part of the Employment, Skills, Health, and Communities Directorate, this role will focus on supporting skills development and driving positive outcomes for local communities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with training providers and stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure programme delivery meets quality standards
  • Contribute to the development of community-focused programmes and initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social sciences)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £39,000 - £48,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
