Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forest School Programme Leader to join our team at Colmore Education Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver inspiring forest school sessions for children of various ages, promoting environmental stewardship and outdoor learning.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering forest school sessions or outdoor education programs and hold a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and have a passion for the environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating safe, engaging, and educational Forest School sessions. You will create a positive and inclusive environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn, foster a love of nature and environmental sustainability, and manage and maintain the forest school site.

You will work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders about the benefits of forest school and participant progress. A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
