Job Title: Apprenticeship Programme Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our apprenticeship programme at Solihull College & University Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes that meet the needs of employers and learners.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing apprenticeship programmes, working closely with employers and stakeholders to ensure that programmes meet industry standards and employer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement apprenticeship programmes
  • Work with employers and stakeholders to identify industry needs
  • Maintain accurate records of programme delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Assessor Award or equivalent
  • A detailed understanding of the Apprenticeship code of practice and processes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

What We Offer:

Solihull College & University Centre offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
