Apprenticeship Programme Recruiter

Educated Appointments is a leading training provider in the childcare sector, working in partnership with employers and further education colleges to deliver high-quality training programmes.

We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Recruiter to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and supporting apprentices onto our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and support apprentices onto our programmes
  • Manage adverts and candidate flow to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with our operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery of our programmes

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the childcare sector and the requirements of apprenticeships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
