Agile Programme Lead Opportunity

Join our team at AtkinsRéalis as an Agile Programme Lead and take charge of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects using agile methodologies. With a focus on customer satisfaction, we're seeking an experienced professional with expertise in programme management, agile principles, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programme plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Engineer/Architect or equivalent with significant experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects using agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4, and experience with Earned Value Management techniques.

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
