We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to provide maternity cover for our client. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective team coordination and work processes throughout the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Coordination: Manage daily schedules, report on project status, workloads, and accounts.
- Communication: Ensure seamless communication between different departments, oversee project resources, and arrange production meetings.
- Customer Service: Answer and manage customer requests, assist on client calls, and manage meeting agendas, follow-up reports, and minutes.
- Analysis: Analyze project data, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient project management.
You will need to be highly organized, confident in tracking multiple tasks across various projects, and possess strong communication skills. Prior experience in creating documentation and proofreading/reporting is essential.
