Customer Service Operations Coordinator


About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support our Customer Service Supervisor in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service at all times. As a Customer Service Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing fast and efficient service to customers, working closely with other team members to resolve customer queries, and ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor in their duties, including resolving customer queries and ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Take ownership of the customer service operation in the absence of the Customer Service Supervisor

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be enthusiastic, driven, and able to work as part of a team.
