Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a residential care setting. As a Childcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our service users, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and maintaining positive relationships with families and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide direct support to our service users, including one-to-one and group sessions.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of our service users.
  3. Maintain positive relationships with families and carers through regular communication and updates.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field such as social work, youth work, or education.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential care setting, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
