The ideal candidate will have experience working with Young People with Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (estimated salary range)
