Lead Childcare Professional Wanted

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

About the Role:

The Junior Adventures Group is recruiting a Lead Childcare Professional to manage our Breakfast and After School Clubs in Maidstone, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the welfare of children in their care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality childcare services.
  • To implement policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of children in their care.
  • To communicate effectively with parents, team members, and Central Operations.
Requirements:

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and SEN experience is desirable but not essential.
