Lead Wayfinding Designer

About the Role:
The Crowd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Wayfinding Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers and leading wayfinding projects across various sectors, including urban realm, culture, events, and sport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complex design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to briefs, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise the creation and quality control of designs, drawings, and specifications across all project phases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content showcasing our wayfinding work.
- Coordinate with the team and partners to produce assets for active wayfinding projects.
- Manage multiple projects, including budget oversight, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Guide and inspire the design team, overseeing resource management and supporting recruitment.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading wayfinding projects across diverse sectors.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Skilled in juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
