About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wayfinding Designer to join our team at mustard | B Corp. As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of wayfinding solutions for our clients in the marine, leisure, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wayfinding strategies to enhance the user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality wayfinding solutions
  • Lead the design and production of signage and graphics, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective design solutions
  • Prepare and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in wayfinding design
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wayfinding design
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality wayfinding solutions
  • Strong design and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
