Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wayfinding Designer to join our team at Calibrate Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Wayfinding Designer, you will be responsible for leading the wayfinding strategy and managing a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to implement the wayfinding strategy and ensure its successful execution.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Lead and deliver design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Produce, supervise, and deliver designs, drawings, schedules, guidelines, and specifications across all design stages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the bid process to secure new projects.
  • Project manage multiple projects, including budgets, resources, and programming, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review and provide quality assurance of project outputs to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create marketing collateral that showcases the company's expertise and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a similar Senior Wayfinding Designer role, leading projects and teams.
  • Previous experience in preparing tender responses, including proposal writing, costings, and programming.
  • Ability to work across and project manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for wayfinding and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an engaging and approachable manner.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
