A leading design practice is seeking a skilled Senior Wayfinding Designer to lead their wayfinding team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing the wayfinding strategy, managing a team of designers, and delivering design projects from concept to implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with the Managing Director to develop and implement the wayfinding strategy
* Managing a team of designers and supporting recruitment needs
* Leading and delivering design projects from concept to implementation
* Producing, supervising, and delivering designs, drawings, schedules, guidelines, and specifications across all design stages
* Identifying new opportunities and leading the bid process
* Project managing multiple projects, including budgets, resources, and programming
* Reviewing and providing quality assurance of project outputs
* Collaborating with the Marketing team to create marketing collateral

Requirements:

* Prior experience working in a similar Senior Wayfinding Designer role, leading projects and teams
* Previous experience in preparing tender responses, including proposal writing, costings, and programming
* Ability to work across and project manage multiple projects
* Passionate about wayfinding
* Engaging and approachable manner
* Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
