Network Operations Technician

We are seeking a Network Operations Technician to join our team in a permanent role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres, providing exceptional support to external and internal clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist with server, networking, and hardware-related tasks via phone, email, and fax
* Support DC capacity, layout, and Rack Deployment, Cabling, and other facilities activities
* Deliver intelligent remote hands for external and internal customers
* Manage all incoming calls, tickets, emails, and faxes to the data centre services function
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in network operations
* Strong understanding of data centre operations and maintenance
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
