Children and Young People Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Slough. As a key member of our Mental Health Support Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and young people in education settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems
- Help children and young people access specialist services using effective multi-agency collaborative working
- Support and facilitate staff in education settings to identify and manage mental health and wellbeing issues
- Work with education environments to increase access to specialist mental health services
- Provide training to schools' staff, parents, and carers in conjunction with colleagues
